How it Works
First, we schedule a consultation where one of our professionals come on-site to meet with you, discuss your vision and explain the many options we have for a custom package.
After the consultation, we will send you a quote for the custom design. Once you’ve accepted the quote, we will schedule a time to come out and design and start installing the package. (There are discounts for early installation!)
Once we’ve installed the design, if you have any issues with the lights, you can call us! This maintenance is included in the seasonal package!
When you’re ready to have our lights removed, you can call us to come and take down the lights. When we are de-installing the lights, we have a fantastic organization system so the custom design is ready for next year with the same or different light pattern!
We will store the design all year long so you don’t have to worry about it! Then, when you’re ready to have it installed again, you can just give us a call and we will start the process all over!

While we can’t allow you to climb ladders and roofs with us (major liability issues there) we do encourage all our customers to incorporate their traditional lawn ornaments or interior decorations into the custom design! That way you have the perfect balance of professional and traditional!

Unfortunately, we do not install your own lights. We take pride in the packages we install and you can trust us to make your home or business shine the brightest during the holidays. When you hire us, you aren’t just hiring us for our services, you also get access to the industry-leading products we provide and own. Besides, you wouldn’t bring your own groceries to a 5-star restaurant, right?

Something that makes us different from other lighting companies is that you do not purchase the lights from us, we own the lights! That’s right, we own the lights! You don’t have to purchase our lights from us to decorate your home. When we say no hassle, we mean it in every aspect of the lighting experience. And yes, you can still use the same design each year even without having to purchase the lights from us.
